**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Obtenir et examiner les informations et les exigences financières pour s'assurer que les critères de prêt sont valables et qu'il n'y a pas de changements défavorables importants, tels que les rôles de loyer, les états d'exploitation et les états financiers/de la valeur nette.
- Gérer de manière proactive le portefeuille de prêts hypothécaires attribué afin de s'assurer que toutes les conditions requises pour les prêts hypothécaires commerciaux sont remplies et à la satisfaction des investisseurs et de la SCHL.
- Connaissance des prêts commerciaux, de la souscription et de la compréhension des documents de base.
- Capacité à examiner les renouvellements d'assurance immobilière, les engagements de la SCHL, les retenues et les demandes d'indemnisation, et à formuler des recommandations à la direction générale.
- Connaissance des produits hypothécaires et des fonctions du service des hypothèques, notamment la gestion des documents, le traitement des paiements, les relevés, les retenues/réserves, les assurances et les examens financiers annuels.
- Respect des politiques et des procédures, des niveaux de service et de la conformité
- répondre aux demandes des emprunteurs et des investisseurs conformément aux normes de service et de politique générale
- Assurer une interface efficace avec les emprunteurs, les consultants, les investisseurs et les notaires.
- Obtenir et examiner la documentation finale du solliciteur conformément à l'engagement hypothécaire et mettre à jour le système hypothécaire.
- S'assurer que la garantie hypothécaire est valide et juridiquement contraignante et que les documents justificatifs sont fournis en temps voulu par les avocats. La connaissance des documents hypothécaires pertinents est requise.
- Appliquer des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et respecter les normes de service.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et capacité à maintenir et à gérer des volumes importants.
- Recommander et apporter des améliorations aux processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité.
- Compétences en matière d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes et capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Mener à bien des projets spéciaux confiés par la direction.
- Respecter les politiques/procedures afin de s'assurer que les exigences en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent sont respectées, le cas échéant.

**Les exigences**:

- Licence en administration des affaires, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence.
- Formation post-secondaire et/ou expérience professionnelle équivalente de préférence
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des services financiers, des prêts hypothécaires, de préférence dans le domaine des prêts hypothécaires commerciaux.
- Bilinguisme (français, anglais) requis - interactions avec des clients ou partenaires anglophones.
