As a Demand & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be play important role supporting and driving customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include paid digital programs and core campaign development, inspection and optimization.


You should be knowledgeable in customer acquisition tactics and will be in constant search of new avenues to more effectively reach our target audience.

Because our addressable market is the public sector, your goal will be to tune our programs to exclusively reach the target audience to optimize our digital investments.


We have office locations in Salt Lake City and El Segundo California if those are convenient to you, but the majority of our marketing team is located remotely.

We have worked really hard to build an absolutely amazing culture on the marketing team. We all work extremely well together and feel an immense amount of camaraderie.

  • Travel will be limited, but you will likely participate in:
  • A revenue team kick-off in January where the overall company goals are shared and marketing starts to formulate it's plan for the year.-
  • A marketing team focused strategy and execution meeting mid-year.-
  • Our customer event is held late September or October.
  • We treasure these visits together to establish bonds and connections with our team.

What You Will doDigital Marketing**- Own our existing, sizeable programs in search and other digital paid media. Seek ways to optimize for our target audiences.

  • Test and explore new digital marketing channels to find the best sources for reaching our prospects.

SEO - Organic Search- Own the strategy and overall structure of our SEO strategy and programs. Work with a consultant to ensure our properties are optimized for the right traffic that will attract our customers.

  • Own corporate approach and umbrella of keywords from many multiple sources.
  • Use tools to validate keyword selection.

Campaign Management- Plan, build and execute campaigns aligning with predefined goals and objectives.

  • Identify new ideas for campaigns using our existing infrastructure and content to better leverage our investments.

ABM- Work with our account based marketing specialist to ensure our technology investment is being leveraged fully.

  • Seek new ways to translate organizationlevel intent data into actionable contactcentric data.

Lead Quality- Ensure that all inquiries, leads and other activities sent to sales are fully supported. Train "lead catchers" in relevant follow-up strategies and information, ensure lead hand-offs contain important information.

  • Review lead performance to check for needed changes or optimizations.

Tracking- Be very specific on tracking and reporting for existing and new programs.

  • Ensure that all programs are adequately tracked.
  • Use Google Analytics, HotJar and other similar intelligence related tools which are bonus skills.

    What You Have
  • At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience in marketing automation Hubspot and or Eloqua preferred.
  • Experience in one or more: PPC, SEO, ABM
  • Experience planning and executing complex campaigns in an automation tool.

  • Our payscale for this role is dependent on years of relevant experience and location. NEOGOV takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation._
