Owing to McInnes Cooper's growth strategy, we are currently seeking experienced Litigation Associates to join our thriving Litigation team in New Brunswick.
This opportunity can be located in any one of our three New Brunswick offices - Fredericton, Moncton or Saint John.
As a litigation lawyer, you will provide litigation and dispute resolution services and advice to an array of clients, represent clients in legal proceedings before administrative tribunals and court, conduct legal research and provide legal opinions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in areas of law including statues, case law, legal proceedings, and trends.
