We are currently looking for a Project Lead to join National Bank's Premises team.

Reporting to the Manager - Engineering, Operations and Sustainable Development, your key responsibilities will mainly involve coordinating services to resolve problems related to building operations and providing maintenance services for our sites.

You'll play a central role in the Premises service centre, taking charge of customer service requests related to ensuring that work environments in head office sites and points of sale are in good order.


In your role as Project Lead, you will support the service centre, manage suppliers under contract with the Bank, and liaise with building managers and lessors, including requests related to our new head office.


Your role:

  • Manage requests received using the ticket management tool and ensure they are processed efficiently
  • Generate purchase orders and manage invoices using existing tools
  • Closely monitor real estate data under your responsibility
  • Develop and maintain a network of specialized suppliers in order to deliver requests, and:
  • Make any necessary adjustments to the scope of supplier contracts to provide services in our active sites
  • Handle furnishing orders for branches
  • Work with project leads on initiative delivery to ensure that supplier services are provided on schedule
  • Help handle fire safety reports and carry out corrections to ensure compliance in collaboration with professionals and Corporate Security
  • Coordinate certain activities in branches with managers and security services
  • Provide assistance to various stakeholders in the Premises department and carry out any other tasks requested by your supervisor, depending on the parameters of the position

Competencies required:

  • College diploma in a technical field related to construction or a bachelor's degree in a similar field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism (written and spoken in English and French), as you will regularly deal with partners across Canada

  • Knowledge of project management processes
