  • Planning day-to-day activities for the Hardware team as part of bi-weekly sprint planning, ensuring projects stay on track and are delivered on time and on spec.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

To be successful in this role, you possess:

  • Minimum of 6 years electronics design experience.
  • Previous experience managing at least two direct reports.
  • Strong record of delivering complex electronic designs from concept to production.
  • High level of proficiency with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer and Fusion 360.
  • Some experience with embedded development is expected.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Fluency in engineering project tools such as Jira and Git.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • We're solving serious problems and having fun doing it.
  • We're reducing the carbon footprint of a historically heavy carbon footprint industry.
  • Our work has purpose. We're changing the face of concrete construction.

Our Workplace
