Responsibilities:

  • Perform eyelash extension services to clients, adhering to established techniques and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for clients
  • Assess client needs and preferences to determine the appropriate eyelash style and length
  • Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client's experience and meet sales goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively upsell products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus

Job Types:

Salary:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 30 per week
