**Responsibilities**:

- Perform eyelash extension services to clients, adhering to established techniques and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for clients
- Assess client needs and preferences to determine the appropriate eyelash style and length
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client's experience and meet sales goals
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively upsell products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
