The Start Right Coordinator will deliver operational excellence by onboarding the patient after pump/CGM is shipped, assigning trainings, and doing regular follow ups to ensure patient retention and great customer experience.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Develops and maintain critical metrics that track progress against agreed deliverables, providing analytics that can lead to enhancements in systems and processes.
- Plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Provides patients with a customized and proactive onboarding experience.
- Prepares and schedules appointments with patients for their upcoming product trainings.
- Completes Pretraining assessment and review of inventory of products and training materials.
- Follows up with patients after their training to ensure their experience is positive and addresses any questions or concerns.
Must Have:
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Intermediate to advanced level of SAP, Salesforce
