The Opportunity:

Working with the Senior Manager of Procurement, you will be pivotal in the success of KDN's Procurement function as it grows with this new organization

What you will do

Manage KDN Procurement requests from stakeholders, concluding such activities in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Provide strategic sourcing activities for key KDN vendors, working alongside the KPMGI Global Procurement (GP) team for those governed by global agreements Work with GDCs in refining/implementing new buying channels to allow swift local procurement, while adhering to mandatory policies Work with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to drive purchase order adoption and facilitate enhancements of supporting systems and processes Work with KDN OGC, QRM and other Procurement Controls to: Refine KDN contractual templates Refine rules of engagement with Control Groups Assist the Senor Manager Procurement with the enhancement of existing tools and automation to support current strategies Work with the Senior Manager Procurement to develop new buying strategies and update the Procurement Policy accordingly Provide support for resources engaged to develop or deliver Procurement activities or tools Develop and implement Procurement reports and presentations as requiredImplement category management and savings strategies and deliver against themWhat you bring to the role

Post secondary degreeSolid experience ( 7+) in standard sourcing actitivies (RFx, P2P, Strategic Sourcing)A track record of identifying savings and efficiencies in the supply chainExtensive experience in dealing with executive stakeholdersExperience within a Procurement outsourcing organization Skilled in the management of offshore teams to deliver global activitiesKeys to your success
