Purpose of the position

The welcoming Le Verger residence is currently looking for a Night Beneficiary Attendant in Saint-Jérôme. We welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity . Answering call bells Respond to all emergency situations Delivering messages to the nursing staff

Required qualifications :
