Production Assembler

The Production Assembler will be required to perform tasks involving physical labor at an assembly plant and will be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities will include the assembly of products using bolts, screws, clips, and assorted fasteners.

The Assembler will be responsible for the efficient production of products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

Job Duties

  • Read and understand assembly instructions, and other technical documentation
  • Fasten electromechanical components together using hand and power tools with strict adherence to assembly instructions with the highest regard for safety and quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key Competencies

  • Detailoriented team player who respects individual rights of all team members
  • Ability to work with extremely small and delicate material
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures
  • Must be able to provide, as well as receive, constructive feedback
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
