As a Retail Assistant at VTR Uniforms, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our products are displayed effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance in choosing the right uniforms.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
  • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure products are readily available.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and overall store objectives.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and represent the VTR Uniforms brand positively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer and pointofsale system skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
