This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial person to get a taste of what it means to run his/her own business.

You will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and will gain a wealth of experience in just a few weeks time.

You will be challenged to be at your best and you will be well rewarded for it.

We offer a very competitive commission-based wage, and you will be sure to make very good money for your time

Beyond these 2 Holiday sales periods, we have additional work available (e.g. in April & May and also in July & August) if you are so inclined.

During 2 sales periods in May & June, you will assist us to achieve top results by providing:

  • A strong, proactive work ethic;
  • Excellent customer service;
  • The desire to achieve or surpass expected sales goals;
  • The ability to work independently and oversee 12 other people;
  • Strong organizational skills, including tight control of money
  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • A winning attitude
  • Some experience using a cash register or POS System and handling money in a retail environment;
  • Some familiarity with Consumer Fireworks is helpful but not essential (we will train);
  • Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred;
  • Having your own vehicle or at least a valid driver's license is an asset;
  • You must be punctual, attentive and conscientious about your work;
  • Good references from your previous employers are a must

REMUNERATION:

  • Combination of a guaranteed Pay + Additional Commissions
  • All Training hours are paid.

DATES & HOURS:

  • Training is for 23 days in beginning of May;
  • Sale Event Hours are from 10am9pm daily from May 1522 and June 24July 1, with 12 days on either side of each sale for setup and teardown
