Toronto, Ontario, Canada Prodigy Labs Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent for recurring and hardtofill roles in the technology space, including highlighting opportunistic/future strategic hires
  • Own the recruitment cycle endtoend, managing multiple roles across Engineering (Full Stack, Front-End, DevOps, QA, Mobile, Product, etc.)
  • Consult with Hiring & Account Managers to identify staff requirements and jobspecific objectives
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Partner with the HR team on departmental objectives and adhoc projects
  • Attend job fairs, meetups and careers events
  • Continuously improve your recruitment key results (timetofill, response rates, interview success rates, etc.)
  • Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Support Talent Acquisition and HR activities as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ Experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter, in an agency or corporate setting, ideally within the tech industry
  • Postsecondary Degree and/or Diploma
  • Technical expertise and ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Hangouts, Skype, inperson, etc.)
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious costcontainment efforts in recruiting and continually seek new sourcing options
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Workable is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectivly in a team environment
