    Fabricator 2 positions have a
    wage range of $19 $22 per hour based on years of experience and a skills assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.


Our
AdvanTec Manufacturing Canada facility is looking for an energetic
Fabricator 2 to join our Windows Department in Chilliwack, BC.


Essential functions for this role are:

  • Examine blueprints and drawings to assess what materials are needed
  • Operate light machinery, including grinders, sanders, cordless drills, and a variation of saws
  • Monitor quality and install fabricated components in the final product
  • Adhere to all safety standards and SOP's

If you have the following experience, qualifications, and skills, we want to hear from you

  • Requires high school education or GED
years' welding aluminum and/or steel fabrication experience, preferably MIG an asset

  • Skills with lathe and end mill an asset
  • Experience working with power tools such as a grinder, router and a sander
  • Basic mechanical and math skills an asset
  • Ability to use and read a tape measure
  • Manual dexterity
