KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position performs a variety of bookkeeping and billing duties, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

The first two weeks of the month, you invoice, and vouchers as they are identified and posted for the prior month's service activity.


  • Match payable to client, analyze, and enter charges
  • Verify charges and investigate items that are inaccurate or not applicable
  • Research and contact vendors regarding missing invoices
  • Bill out over 400 client invoices a month
  • Explain variances in customer profits based on thresholds identified
  • Audit/post corresponding vendor invoices (over 400 invoices)
  • Respond to client inquiries on invoices and monitor inbox daily
  • Answer telephone calls from clients and vendors for general accounting inquires
  • Assist leadership with monthend and yearend duties

EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years' office experience in an accounting / bookkeeping position.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, intermediate excel expertise, Sage 50, Simply and QuickBooks Accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, analysis, and reporting of financial data
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing attention to customer needs, and quality services

EDUCATION

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
