Job Title: Technical Training Specialist at Enercare Inc.

Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the design, development, and delivery of operational training programs.
  • Evaluating work quality, technical proficiency, and safety compliance of Technical Field Staff.
  • Accountable for designing, developing, and delivering technical training.
  • Collaborating with internal departments on training requirements.
  • Updating training content in alignment with technological advancements and regulations.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Coordinating with external bodies for policy development.
  • Conducting assessments and providing coaching for field staff.
  • Promoting best practices and enhancing technical skills among staff.
  • Participating in incident investigations and relevant meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold valid HVAC License(s) (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and Gas Technician G2).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent HVAC experience and training background.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver technical training curriculum.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, regulations, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on individual and team performance.
  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent education.
  • Certification in Adult Education would be beneficial.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with excellent time management.
