About the Role

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of operational training and curriculum for technical staff.
  • Evaluate training needs and determine the most effective methods to meet them.
  • Collaborate with various departments on training requirements.
  • Ensure training curriculum is up-to-date and complies with company policies and regulations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and implement innovative training solutions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to provide specialist support.
  • Conduct quality, technical, and safety assessments on work carried out by Technical Field Staff.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate best practices in the field and enhance technical skills of staff.
  • Participate in incident investigations as required.

Qualifications

  • Must hold valid HVAC License(s) (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and Gas Technician G2).
  • Must have a clean driver's license and a minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience.
  • Ability to design and deliver technical training.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on individual and team performance.
