Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated full-time
Field Accommodations Advisor to join our client, a leading gas and oil company in Rainbow Lake, AB.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing the FA Business Plan to facilitate outstanding performance by prioritizing safety, community engagement, integrity, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include leading Scope Definition, Execution, and Lookback activities. If you boast a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in hospitality management and/or camp operations, we encourage you to apply for this role today

Shifts:
 14/7 rotation (planning phase) |21/7 rotation (execution phase)

Responsibilities:

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE):

  • Demonstrate and uphold commitments to H&S, Environmental, and Life Savings Rules, showcasing a profound understanding of Indigenous awareness, history, and culture.
  • Adhere to Governing Documents - Policies, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring work is ceased if unsafe practices are identified and actively participating in resolution.
  • Conduct area-specific orientations and issue Safe Work Permits to approved Service Provider personnel adhering to a risk-based approach.
  • Record and manage HSE Event information into the Reporting System - Intelex, actively engage in Emergency Response Plan (ERP), perform drills, and ensure workers' familiarity with the ERP.
  • Oversee compliance with food safety regulations, mask fit testing, and ensure Service Providers meet safety management system requirements.
  • Lead, plan, and participate in various safety activities, such as behavior-based observations, incident reporting, safety meetings, and site inspections, adhering to regulatory obligations.

Benchmarking/Analysis:


  • Analyze FA Power BI Data, identify trends, track and analyze real-time feedback, and maintain competence in relevant MS Office programs for data analysis purposes.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on service provider activities and communicate asset life cycle conditions for the asset inventory management system.
  • Estimate, manage, and monitor FA annual camp budgets and provide data for cost reporting purposes.
  • Consult with NPI regarding maintenance deficiencies within FA assets and review maintenance and repair dashboards.

Project Management Framework:


  • Adhere to COMS 4.4 Project Management Standard, demonstrating understanding of role-based deliverables and an asset-to-asset approach.
  • Monitor FA priorities aligned with project management pillars (Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost), support Coordinator in project stages, and lead Stage 4 Execution deliverables.
  • Report on programs implementation progress, communicate changes in approved plans, and lead Service Provider Stewardship reviews.
  • Communicate deficiencies in fire protection and evacuation equipment and maintenance concerns to the Coordinator while adhering to FA Knowledge Management Framework - SharePoint.

Qualifications:


  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • +5 years of experience in hospitality management and/or camp operations
  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office
  • Class 5 Drivers license or equivalent
  • Proficient in writing clear and concise reports
  • Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and coordinate projects effectively
  • Able to effectively manage fluctuating workloads and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, time-management and decision-making skills .
