You will establish a roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders to obtain support, and set priorities and timelines to achieve our strategic goals.

Product at Wonolo is a collaborative group of Product Managers with a user-centric and data-informed approach to creating straightforward and user-friendly experiences. Our core focus is Growth, which we dissect into three main categories: 1) Business, 2) Professional, and 3) Personal. What you'll do:
  • Develop and communicate a clear, ambitious, and methodical product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align user needs with business objectives.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch, identifying problems to solve, brainstorming solutions, prioritizing requirements, overseeing timelines, and monitoring post-release performance.
  • Lead the product development process and set product priorities by understanding the needs of your end users through research and various forms of experimentation and testing.
  • Play a crucial role in our scalability efforts by consistently discovering improved ways to connect our users with meaningful work and aid them in enhancing their financial stability. Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to achieve alignment across teams.
  • Leverage strong analytical and problems-solving abilities to collect and interpret data, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate closely and intensively with your team's engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts to leverage their diverse viewpoints in developing high-impact products.
  • Engage with users to develop a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors.
  • We are a collaborative group of Product Managers with a customer-centric approach to product development. If you are a data-focused Product Leader with a proactive mindset, a strong focus on users, and are seeking to make a large-scale impact at a purpose-driven startup, we would love to hear from you.
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in building mobile applications.
  • A strategic thinker who connects user needs, business opportunities, and technological capabilities.
  • A resourceful and innovative builder with substantial experience in launching new initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute data-backed problem-solving; skilled at conducting detailed analyses and exploring hypotheses.
  • Capable of translating complex or unclear problem statements into concrete action plans.
  • Skilled at seizing tactical opportunities while also allocating time for strategic thinking and leading high-impact projects that drive greater business success.
  • An exceptional communicator who can discuss technical details with engineering and product design teams, while effectively conveying your vision to leadership, customers, and business partners.
  • Foster a collaborative environment based on trust, encouraging team members to contribute ideas throughout the product development process.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion both in and outside the workplace.

If you have reached this far, we hope you are enthusiastic about the opportunity to join the Wonolo team. Even if your experience does not align with every requirement, we strongly encourage you to submit an application. The best hires are not always those who tick every box on a job description.

Nice to haves (Optional):
  • Experience in managing B2C products at scale.
  • Background in HR tech or job marketplaces.
