ROLE SUMMARY:
*This role is based in Kelowna
We're looking for someone who wants to spend Summer 2024 merchandising these awesome brands in a way that will lead to a future with more cheers. This is an entry-level, full-time contract position from May 13th – August 30th which includes the use of a company vehicle, and the opportunity to bring our brands to life. This is a great opportunity to start building your career at Labatt, leading to the opportunity to join our sales team in the future.
This position operates within a diverse market and focuses on improving sales through the implementation of various visual marketing tools and campaigns. You may have the opportunity to attend activations such as: music festivals, assembling marketing advertisements, and golf course samplings (to name a few) Successful candidates should have a passion for working with others in a client-facing environment, and a strong desire for a long-term, sales focused, growing career within Labatt.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Support day-to-day in field sales & marketing activities as required and directed
·Placement of temporary and permanent signage to best impact the consumer experience in partner accounts, venues, and/or brand activations
·Building of brand and promotional displays in retail environments
·Building positive relationships with key venue & event contacts
·Attending, managing, and participating in brand experience promotions
·Being available 'on-call' for the duration of events and promotions
·Assist in the general set up and tear down of events
·Completion of daily call report
·Occasional miscellaneous organizational duties in the warehouse/brewery/sales office
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Full time availability from May 13 – August 30th 2024
·Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
·Valid unrestricted driver's license required
·Smart Serve Certification an asset
· Positive & enthusiastic attitude
·You enjoy working independently, while being part of a fast-paced, team environment
·Outstanding time management skills, coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize
