Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at our Ministry Office in Delta.
The Accounts Payable Assistant ensures the accurate and timely data entry of vendor invoices and subsequent issue of cheques to facilitate the on-time payment of vendor invoices.
Responsibilities include:
invoice & expense reimbursement entry, vendor payments, vendor statement & AP sub-ledger reconciliations, vendor follow up, intersociety transactions, and assists auditors with audit requests.
As an ambassador of Baptist Housing, you have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to foster and maintain relationships, and model our values in all interactions.
You are a critical thinker and problem solver, detailed and organized, and able to manage your time, workload and conflicting priorities effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- One year experience in Accounts Payable
- Proof of Covid 19 vaccination
- Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults
