As we embrace the future of mobility, we are seeking a dynamic Cadillac EV Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team.
As an EV Automotive Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling electric vehicles within the Cadillac brand.
You will leverage your expertise in electric vehicle technology and your passion for sustainable transportation to guide customers through the sales process and help them make informed decisions.
Your dedication to customer service and your ability to stay ahead of industry trends will drive the success of our EV sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing electric vehicles within the Cadillac brand.
- Educate customers on the benefits of electric vehicles and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the performance and features of EV models.
- Assist customers with financing options, tradein evaluations, and other aspects of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about the latest EV technology, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- OMVIC Licensed
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology, including battery systems, charging infrastructure, and range capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach to sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
- Passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in promoting electric vehicles as part of a greener future.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
