Job #4692 - A unique opportunity to take your career to the next level with a growing and successful organization Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Vice President, Financial Planning & Analytics to lead their long-term treasury and risk management strategies. Here you will be responsible for presenting complex financial information to a broad audience all while simultaneously working closely with the executive leadership team. The selected incumbent will play a key role in supporting the company's long-term strategies and decision making in this fast-paced and thriving team environment. Main responsibilities include:
  • Develop long-term treasury and risk management strategies in order to maximize tax efficient returns and establish controls to evaluate and optimize capital structure
  • Assess project portfolio performances and provide recommendations
  • Assess liquidity levels and optimize foreign currency and short-term liquidity positions
  • Identify new sources of capital and assess alternate debt instruments
  • Prepare finance submission packages and negotiate financing terms and manage the draw process for monthly financial requests
  • Develop and maintain lender relationships
  • Review legal agreements and financing security agreements
  • Work with leadership team to drive and implement financial management strategies and provide financial models that support decision- making

Qualifications:

The main qualifications for this role include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance
  • Completed CPA or CFA designation
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in a senior leadership role, including proven experience with negotiations and closing financial transactions
  • Ability to present complex financial information to a universal audience
  • Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
