Under the direction of the Marketing Director, our marketing/e-commerce manager will be assigned to one or more of our brands and will work on our e-commerce platform, e-commerce promotions and communications, or any other marketing campaign management to support our brand marketing strategies and initiatives.
Main Tasks
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in online commerce and digital marketing, and propose creative solutions to enhance customer engagement. Master the value chain by participating in the definition of target segments, customer journeys, and the positioning of our product lines to implement dynamic and personalized workflows. Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, sales, and technical) and external (media) partners to better understand target needs. Develop and execute a comprehensive online commerce strategy for the launch and promotion of solutions (goods and services) that integrate into the ecosystem of one or more main brands of the group, while aligning with business objectives. Manage the product catalog with segment and sales managers. Develop, manage, and implement effective and high-quality marketing campaigns, including online advertising, organic content, social media, email marketing, landing pages, e-coupons, or promotions. Optimize online performance with initiatives to enhance user experience – e-commerce & rich content, SEO, intuitive search bar & navigation, content creation and personalization, online platform management, in collaboration with technical/IT teams. Define, measure, and optimize key performance indicators to ensure brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and customer retention. Use advanced analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, identify market trends, and make strategic decisions. Identify security risks related to e-commerce activities and implement appropriate prevention and protection measures with the IT team. Manage forecasts, budget, expenses, and timelines.Qualifications:
8 years of experience in marketing/e-commerce – B2B environment min 6 years experience) Degree in marketing or information technology Strategic mindset with attention to detail Strong focus on achieving goals, results-oriented attitude Writing skills – primarily in English Proficiency in analyzing and managing CRM, CMS, automation, e-commerce platforms, and tools, including a technical eye on marketing tools Excellent command of CRM, CMS, Automation, SEO, Google Analytics tools (knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, HubSpot - a plus). 6 to 8 tools Good understanding of Google, Google Ads, GTM – Google Tag Manager Excellente communication and teamwork skills Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English Autonomy, sense of responsibility, organization, and good priority management Experience in a marketing agency and/or in the industry is an assetChef de projet Marketing digital & commerce en ligne (à distance – Idéalement Montréal)

Sous la direction de la directrice marketing, notre Chef de projet marketing/commerce électronique sera rattaché à une ou plusieurs de nos marques et travaillera sur notre plateforme de commerce électronique, les promotions et communications de commerce électronique, ou toute autre gestion de campagnes pour soutenir nos stratégies et initiatives de marketing de marque.
Tâches principales
Identifier les opportunités d'innovation et de croissance dans le domaine du commerce en ligne et du marketing numérique, et proposer des solutions créatives pour stimuler l'engagement de nos clients.
Maîtriser la chaîne de valeur en participant à la définition des segments cibles, des parcours clients et au positionnement de nos lignes de produits afin de mettre en place des workflows dynamiques et personnalisés.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (création, production, ventes et techniques) et externes (média) pour mieux comprendre les besoins des cibles.
Élaborer et exécuter une stratégie complète de commerce en ligne pour le lancement et la promotion de solutions (biens et services) s'intégrant à l'écosystème d'une ou plusieurs marques principales du groupe, tout en étant aligné aux objectifs d'affaires. Gérer le catalogue Produits avec les responsables des segments et les ventes.
Développer, gérer et implanter des campagnes de marketing efficaces et de qualité, y compris la publicité en ligne, le référencement, les médias sociaux, le marketing par courriel, les pages de destination, les e-coupons ou les promotions.
Optimiser la performance en ligne, notamment avec des initiatives pour renforcer l'expérience utilisateur – ecomm & rich content, SEO, search bar & navigation intuitive, création et personnalisation des contenus, gestion des plateformes en ligne, en collaboration avec les équipes techniques/IT.
Définir, mesurer et optimiser les indicateurs de performance clés pour assurer notoriété, trafic, conversion et fidélisation de la clientèle.
Utiliser des outils d'analyse avancés pour évaluer la performance des campagnes, identifier les tendances du marché et prendre des décisions stratégiques.
Identifier les risques de sécurité liés aux activités de commerce électronique et mettre en place des mesures de prévention et de protection appropriées avec l'équipe IT.
