As a Shift Lead you will work alongside the management team to oversee the operations of the store, train and develop team members, and foster a fun and rewarding work environment.


Type

  • Salary/Hourly: $19/hr

Average Gratuities:
$1-2 an hour

Position Responsibilities

  • Supervise and maintain the operations of the store and its team.
  • Provide and assist with team development and training.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided.
  • Assist with inventory control, scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with product selection and promotion.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Must be able to demonstrate product knowledge. Minimum WSET Level 1 or Cicerone Certified Beer Server, equivalent programs, or equivalent experience.

  • Be at least 19 years of age.
  • A valid Serving it Right Certificate.
  • Are able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be flexible and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
