We are currently seeking a
full-time Janitor to join the Maintenance team at our modern commercial laundry facility at 8035 Enterprise Street, Burnaby BC V5A1V5

Shift:

-
8 hours 5 days per week, 3 overnight shifts + 2 daytime shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub and wax floors with custodial equipment
  • Clean and sanitize washrooms as well as lunchrooms after breaks
  • Empty all waste containers in the plant
  • Clean and disinfect Production equipment
  • Wash windows, walls, ceilings, light fixtures
  • Make sure facility is clean and meets all safety requirements
  • Schedule all work to meet daily job expectations
  • Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation
  • Perform other duties as required by Maintenance Manager

8 hours 5 days per week, 3 overnight shifts + 2 daytime shifts:

  • Ability to operate cleaning and custodial equipment
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Enjoy working in a facepaced environment

Pay Rate:
CA$17.40 to 17.80 per hour
