CLIENT RETENTION SPECIALIST

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional evenings (12pm-8:30pm), surgery day schedules may differ.

Your tasks at a glance

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
  • You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling followups, across different regions.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have a broad background in
    customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, and within the hospitality industry.
  • You have prior experience as an inside sales representative or account executive (an asset).
  • You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client followup techniques.
  • You are organized, selfdisciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are flexible to work various schedules, with some occasional evenings and weekends.
