Pacific Energy is currently looking to hire a CFO or VP Finance, Director of Finance reporting to the President & CEO. The CFO will provide senior-level financial support to the organization and will be the lead on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to banking relationships, budget and capital budget management, product costing, financial reporting and risk management additionally this role provides executive leadership in IT infrastructure and data systems.

The CFO will lead a team in providing efficient and effective accounting & IT services to the organization. The successful candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, including familiarity with navigating complexities around an ERP system, be at ease with maintaining and developing relationships with financial stakeholders, be responsible for preparing timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring the adequacy and proper management of internal controls, identifying and implementing process improvements, cash management and preparing analysis as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA or CPA certification required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role in an operations or manufacturing company.
  • Ideally a minimum 5+ years financial leadership experience within a fast-moving consumer products manufacturing company.
  • Financial knowledge and experience within a global, capital intensive, operational financial leadership role.
