RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Level 1 and 2 IT Support for all employees and stores (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows environments
- Look to improve all aspects of the Desktop Support functions continually
- Visit all the locations and stores when required, to discover issues or complete issue resolution
- Efficiently troubleshoot infrastructure issues (network connectivity, printing, internet)
- Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing and executing tasks in a highenergy environment
Desktop imaging
- New machine setup, PC refreshes, and Hardware replacements
- Track IT assets and follow the inventory management guidelines
- Desktops, Laptops, and other peripheral equipment and familiar with low voltage cabling
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware
- Provide oncall or onsite support after hours (if needed) and weekends
- Participates in and assists with facilityrelated projects.
- Travel to different store for regular maintenance or urgent issues
- Setup all IT equipment for new stores
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 25 years of related experience in an IT Support/ Helpdesk
- Strong professional demeanor and work ethic
- Strong critical thinking skills and able to work independently
- Highly organized, detail oriented and selfmotivated
- Experience communicating on a high level to a nontechnical audience
- Experience working closely with end users, team managers and senior leadership
- Comfortable working in fast growth environments
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, multitask and prioritize
- Patience to solve technical problems with end users of varying technical aptitudes
