What your Role will be:

  • First & central point of contact, for all customers in person or on the phone.
  • Support Sales Team with floor control and Dealership traffic logging.
  • Promptly and efficiently run the Dealership's telephone switchboard and direct all calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and maintain a welcoming customer waiting area.
  • Compile and finalize vehicle licensing
  • Stock in vehicle inventory
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Receive customer payments or obtain credit authorizations.

What you will bring with you:

  • You have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Thrive in a fastpaced Team environment
  • Computer skills are key, which include Word, Excel and Outlook. CDK/180 knowledge is an asset.
  • Previous Dealership and licensing experience is an asset
