We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canadian Canning Inc.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including receiving and directing visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic scheduling software, presentation software, and Microsoft Office applications to perform tasks efficiently.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Private sector, urban area, willing to relocate, and relocation costs covered by employer.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
