**What will you be doing in this role?**:

- Maintain the In-trust environment of APEXA, including data matching and profile scrubbing
- Co-ordinate with APEXA to solve issues within the in-trust environment
- Maintain document management, electronic scanning and filing
- Update and maintain accurate information on multiple back office systems
- Provide superior customer support for internal and external partners
- Ensure Service Level Standards are maintained
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, insurance carriers, advisors and clients
- Back up and vacation coverage as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**What qualifications are required?**:

- College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
- Industry courses would be an asset
