Insight Global is looking for a Network QA Program Manager to join one of our top IT consulting clients.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating and conducting audits on existing processes and creating new ones based on feedback from audits or other sources of information regarding best practices, including Client internal stakeholders that are dependencies for the network modernization initiative.

This role will be 80% program management, working to identify priorities and project work, and 20% hands-on. Overall creation, monitoring and implementation of QA processes and governance integration within the program and business operational process.

  • Will be required to liaise with Internal departments such as the Media group to support the implementation requirements related to network requirements.
  • Have a solid understanding of how QA fits within the overarching Program Governance and transition to operational state.
  • Experience in creating documentation which will be the foundation for the transition and golive requirements for the operational team
Have experience with Media network requirements such as live streaming and integration of media hardware
