We are currently looking for a
PRE-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR to join our
TORONTO team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will act as direct support for an account manager and ensure coordination with other departments based on client's needs.

We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as direct support for two sales account managers and their clients while ensuring the success of each vinyl record project.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Organizing and vetting project information
  • Monitoring the progress of a project against its deadline
  • Flagging potential issues
  • Engage in problem solving to overcome challenges
  • Following up on missing assets to make sure the order is ready for full production
  • Inquire with vinyl and print vendors to secure pricing for custom or bespoke quotes
  • Coordinate with various departments within the production chain; communicate with the Packaging department to ensure timely order shipment
  • Navigate order claims with internal departments and thirdparty vendors
  • Update and maintain all spreadsheets related to production tasks via Microsoft Excel, Google Business Suite, and custom company software

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative/coordination experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly analytical thinker with very strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, teambased environment with shifting priorities
