We are currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager - This is a cross-training position with at least 2 days per week covering Order Desk, and at least 2 days per week covering FOH (Customer Service) - The position will be 4-5 days per week, beginning at 9am, including weekends.


  • Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
  • Work with decorators to provide quotes for custom orders
  • Oversee all incoming orders, making sure all details are taken care of
  • Print off all orders at the start of the shift and check periodically for new orders throughout the day
  • Decorate cupcakes, and prepare orders of multiple products (preorders & walkins)
  • Be familiar with all products in order to provide accurate responses to customer questions
  • Understand the importance of keeping the Front of House clean at all times
  • Enforce quality control all products leaving the shop are up to our standards
  • Responsible for providing an inventory count by the end of each shift
  • Review orders for the following day and determine amount of cupcakes to be scooped
  • Use the p.o.s. system and handle cash
  • Work weekdays, evenings and weekends, as required
  • Customer service experience

  • Culinary education and/or decorating experience is an asset
