It's an exciting time to part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part of our growth and extraordinarily bright futureJob OverviewThe main purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to Health & Safety projects, both Health & Safety, CAPEX, and other initiatives, to ultimately contribute to improving the culture and control measures at all 12 Give & Go sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollects data to determine current state and gaps relative to MDLZ standard at all sitesDevelop HS processes, systems, and tools i.e.

standard operating procedures, guidelines, flow charts, audit forms etc.

Support day to day administrative tasks related to Health & Safety CAPEX Initiatives:
Assist with monitoring, updating, and tracking against project and task documentation: WBS, Gnatt Charts, status reports, action plans etc.

Lead or assist with issues, risk identification and resolutionDevelop, monitor and update KPI'sMonitoring daily progress of projectsCoordinate project related site tours, meetings, and other activitiesAssist with the coordination and completion of HSE risk assessmentsLiaise with vendors to source equipment or servicesSupport incident investigation and root cause analysisSupport development and updates to stakeholder slide decks,Schedule and organize stakeholder meetings,Coordinate, organize and enact project communications with stakeholder and external partnersSupport delivery of training and workshopsSupport execution of process improvements at site levelLead execution of smaller HS initiativesLead small audits at the Sites to ensure sustainability of the process improvementsRecipe for Success - QualificationsCompletion of a college diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or engineering or a related fieldPrevious Health & Safety or engineering experience (via work experience, co-op program or internship) in a manufacturing environment.

Previous project management related experienceKnowledge and some experience in project management tools and Lean Six Sigma toolsExcellent critical thinking skills, ultimately showing good judgement to put plans into effect to resolve concerns.

Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to draft written correspondence.
Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to deal with conflict and crisis in a calm manner.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills (ability to be highly structured/detailed)Comfortable speaking in groups to present Health & Safety communications and trainingExcellent ability with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysisMust stay current with legislation, regulations, theory, and case law related to Health & Safety and Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
