Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and team members, the Site Facilitator will have a vital role in supporting various tasks, including Business Analysis and project-related activities.
Responsibilities:- Assist the project lead in accomplishing project goals
- Guide discussions and promote effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Manage processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion
- Encourage teamwork to reach project objectives
- Coordinate logistics and resources for project activities
- Aid in documenting processes, decisions, and results
- Contribute to enhancing processes and implementing solutions
- Provide updates to the project lead and team
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing contingency plans
- Support stakeholder engagement as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of meetings, action items, and project advancement
- Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Create and maintain project artifacts like use cases and process flow diagrams
- Analyze and document user requirements, translating them into specifications
- Perform other assigned dutiesRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, project management, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in logistics and resources management for projects
- Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Experience in BC Health Authorities an advantage
