Position Overview:


The Sale Representative (USA Market) will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in the USA Market.

This is a Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday position where overtime is available if required.

Please find the key responsibilities of the Sales Representative (USA Market) as follows:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in the USA market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent service and support to maximize sales.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to create effective sales materials and support materials to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, product sales, and pricing information.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective clients through presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, and using these opportunities to generate leads, network with potential customers, and build relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor, and report on sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Use customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Researching and identifying new market opportunities and potential customers within the USA market and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and laws related to the sales of the company's products in the USA market.
  • Additional duties as assigned, which are reasonable and within the scope of Key Responsibilities, may be required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the USA market
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Knowledge of CRM Tools (i.e. SPS Commerce, IBM, MRP Easy)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
