About the Role
The Uber Ads team is seeking Partner Managers to join our Uber Ad CPG team as founding members. As a CPG Partner Manager, you will be in charge of establishing beneficial ads partnerships with our CPG collaborators. Your main tasks will involve leading the Account Management strategy and implementation for a selection of CPG F&B brands. You will collaborate with CPG Client Partners to promote the use of a variety of ads offerings on our Mobility and Delivery platforms. Working closely with a diverse team - GR team, Ads Client Partners, Ads Analytical Leads, and Ads Operations, to consistently meet our partner's requirements, will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will report to the Canada CPG Team Lead.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with our CPG/Enterprise Partnerships team to craft and execute ads partnership strategies that fulfill the needs of your Enterprise CPG partners and surpass quarterly growth objectives.
- Establish connections with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key decision-makers in CPG partner organizations.
- Utilize critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and challenging partner discussions.
- Act as a crucial cross-functional collaborator spanning CPG Enterprise Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to guarantee the satisfaction of partner requirements.
- Promote ad product adoption across Sponsored Items, CPG Offers, Displays, and Mobility products.
- Communicate the value of our latest ads products with a creative approach to distinguish our offering.
- Establish a Partner wrap-up reporting structure, analyze campaign outcomes, and ensure that ongoing and upcoming campaigns align with brand objectives.
- Have a good understanding of Measurement Tools.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales or Media Agencies.
- Proven experience in selling ads solutions to large, intricate enterprise CPG brands and organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling to major CPG/ENT brands, with a specific emphasis on digital advertising.
- Capability to create and implement strategic sales plans that drive success for our partners and Uber.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in storytelling creatively, backed by the capacity to utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle ambiguity effectively.
For Canada-based positions: The base salary range for this position is CAD$94,000 per year - CAD$104,500 per year.
You will be eligible for participation in Uber's bonus program, and potentially receive sales bonuses and other types of compensation. Additionally, you will have access to various benefits. Further details can be obtained through official channels.
