Are you experienced in analyzing factors impacting business performance and uncovering growth opportunities strategically? Our client is seeking skilled FP&A professionals to join their Finance team. They need someone who has overseen forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzed financial data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead financial modeling, making recommendations to drive business success. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting and budgeting
  • Analyzing financial data to spot trends and suggest improvements
  • Collaborating with teams to offer financial insights and aid decision-making
  • Producing and delivering financial reports to senior management
  • Implementing process enhancements to streamline financial operations

What We Need From You:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA designation is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of finance experience
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Track record of delivering precise and timely financial analysis
