We are looking for a proficient Distribution Logistics Analyst to plan, coordinate, and evaluate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). This role focuses on optimizing and negotiating freight rates, eliminating customer fines and penalties, and managing IT tools, WHS racking systems, and power equipment in distribution warehouses. You will support performance improvement projects and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve departmental goals.

You're good at:

  • Planning, integrating, analyzing, and evaluating logistics support
  • Establishing standard logistics KPIs and utilizing business intelligence (BI) tools
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and projecting freight rates
  • Negotiating freight rates and addressing non-conformances
  • Coordinating logistics support activities and managing change control
  • Analyzing data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Identifying logistics issues and developing improvements or solutions
  • Supporting performance improvement projects and KPI implementation
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for logistics tools and systems

What you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Data Analytics
  • 3+ years' experience in shipping/distribution or food/pharma industry
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, MS Access, and MS Excel
  • Experience with continuous improvement and IT/business analytics
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power App, and Power Automate
  • Relevant certifications (CLTD, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, CSSYB, CSSGB) are assets
  • Experience with Syspro ERP is an asset
  • Experience in a GMP environment is an asset
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
