Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Proficient in accounting software and computers
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of information
  • Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Assist with monthend closing activities and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any paymentrelated issues
  • Provide support for audits and other financial inquiries

Reception Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee database and track attendance
  • Set up couriers
  • Open and distribute mails
  • Track business licenses and manage Certificates of Insurance
  • Filing
  • Order office supplies and order/setup cellphones
  • Maintain postage meter
  • Other adhoc duties
