BMO is seeking an inquisitive and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Advanced Analytics team.

You will work collaboratively with partners to provide data-driven solutions to complex problems, translate qualitative/quantitative data into insights, and create recommendations to steer decision making.

End-to-end project management, continuous interaction with key stakeholders (strategy, implementation, business and model validation partners)
Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights to solve business problems
Design and develop scalable and efficient data models, processes, analytics solution that support business requirements and enable analytics and modeling
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Proactively influence partners for data-driven decisions and recommend action on insights
A post-secondary degree in a quantitative field (i.e. mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, physics, business); Advanced degree is an asset
~5+ years of experience analyzing and manipulating large scale and complex data to discover patterns and drive actionable insights
~ Advanced working knowledge of SQL/SAS, and proficiency with Python
~ Extensive work experience with designing, developing and automation of ETL process
~ Familiarity with data modelling and schema design for a range of consumption use-cases, including BI dashboards
~ Familiarity with big data technologies (Any, Spark preferred).
~ Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concept to varying level of audience
~ You are driven by curiosity and seek answers to problems by sifting through data to discover patterns and customer journeys
~ Experience with cloud data platforms (Any, Amazon AWS preferred) is a plus

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
