Qualifications:

  • 1+ year Experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting.
  • A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional technological aptitude.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.
  • Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.

  • Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration
  • Ability to filter and build extremely high quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review
Responsibilities:
  • Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per month
  • Manage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 linkedin campaigns
  • Build target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
  • LinkedIn profile optimization for client profiles
  • Reply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leads
  • Develop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leads
  • Bonus in place for innovation and also commissions tied to leads generated

Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for networking and building relationships.
