Job Description:

AECOM Edmonton is looking for a Bridge Construction Inspection EIT.


The project location is remote, requiring the incumbent to live in camp conditions for up to several weeks at a time.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Construction Inspection of complex bridge projects
  • Administer Construction Contracts
  • Travel to remote large bridge projects, self driven, independent
  • Provides guiding direction for other inspections
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • 10 years bridge construction experience
  • Key point of contact for engagements and member of AECOM senior leadership team

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Construction, etc.) 2 years of experience in civil construction inspection OR Technical Diploma 8 years of experience in civil construction inspection
  • Driving license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous AB Transportation bridge inspection experience
