Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the continuous movement of product through handstacking, discharging and packaging of finished parts
  • Works in cooperation with the Operator and Shift Supervisor and references setup procedures to ensure material is safely loaded onto production equipment
  • Operates bundle turner / pacman when parts require to be flipped
  • Prepares packaging in advance
  • Carries out setup duties as instructed by Operator
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by Supervisor

General:

  • Complies with designated ISO/TS16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines
  • Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors
  • Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards
  • Strives for continuous improvement
  • Able to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights)

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or less of jobrelated experience
  • Proven ability to work in a team and as an individual
