We are a family owned dental office providing dental care to the community for 40+ years. We are located 10 minutes west of Kanata in the quaint village of Carp. We are looking to add a full time Dental Receptionist to our team. Monday - Thursday, four and a half days with one to two evenings.

Office Hours are:
Monday 8-4, Tuesday 8-7, Wednesday 8-4, Thursday 8-7 and Friday 8-4

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims
  • Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Abeldent or similar dental software
  • Experience working at the front desk of a dental or medical office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours:
