We are seeking a Digital Strategist to join our team. You will work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team to define and execute tailored digital strategies.

You're a skilled, well-rounded digital marketing pro with several years of experience managing a portfolio of clients and developing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies.

You should not have any difficulty managing, presenting, or reporting to clients. Excellent communication skills are important.

On a day-to-day basis, our Digital Strategists:

  • Run strategy sessions/client calls
  • Monitor and optimize our client's organic performance
  • Implement cuttingedge paid advertising campaigns
  • Maintain data quality and implement tracking
  • Provide datadriven insights
  • Work with our production team to create stunning websites and digital experiences
  • Contribute to process and service development
  • Develop industryspecific expertise

You'll be successful in this role if you are

  • Proficient in GA4 and data presentation with varying levels of digital marketing knowledge
  • Skilled in Google Tag Manager for crossdomain and ecommerce tracking
  • Experienced in identifying and resolving tracking errors
  • Proficient in building and optimizing SEO strategies, including technical error resolution, and understanding search engine algorithms and white hat techniques
  • Capable of overseeing technical SEO implementation and website migrations
  • Experienced in local SEO and proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog
  • Proficient in developing, managing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Skilled in developing and implementing highly optimized funnels
  • Experienced in CRO, identifying website friction points, and conducting A/B and multivariate testing
  • Collaborative approach with developers and project managers for continuous website improvement
  • Familiarity with user behaviour analysis tools like Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg, or Hotjar
  • Knowledgeable about best practice management techniques for industrystandard platforms

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with industryspecific technology (SynXis, TravelClick, Revinate, The Hotels Network, TripTease, HotelChamp, etc.)
  • Google certifications (Analytics, Google Ads Search/Display/Video, etc.)
  • Additional language skills (i.e. Spanish or French)
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Google Cloud Platform or Stitch
  • Training or coaching junior colleagues
  • Knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA
