Sous la responsabilité du directeur National Immobilier, le coordonnateur des installations et de la sécurité est responsable de fournir des services de soutien pour améliorer l'expérience employé ainsi que l'efficacité des espaces pour l'organisation.

Le rôle du Coordonnateur des installations consiste à fournir des mesures, une orientation, une planification et une exécution des services livrables en matière de sécurité et de protection des actifs pour la ou les régions assignées (Canada), y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants : Les opérations des systèmes de sécurité physique, les enquêtes sur les incidents de sécurité, le contrôle d'accès aux sites, la surveillance des systèmes de sécurité et l'atténuation des menaces ainsi que toutes activités liées à la fonction.

Responsabilités:

  • Coordonner les services immobiliers sur site comprenant, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:
    Gestion des espaces physiques, la sécurité nationale, support à la gestion des réunions et des événements, services de traiteur, stationnement et transport, services de courrier, archivage des dossiers, gestion des fournitures de bureau, déménagements, ajouts, changements, gestion du mobilier et des câbles, amélioration et réparation des espaces.
  • Maintenir à jour la documentation relative à l'attribution des sièges (Hotelling) et fournir un soutien aux unités opérationnelles pour l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Coordonner tous les systèmes de sécurité physique canadiens, y compris la création de badges, la maintenance des systèmes, les systèmes de caméras, les réparations et les ajouts.
  • Assurer la surveillance de l'espace de travail. Soumettre des billets de conciergerie et de maintenance (portail ABB) si nécessaire et/ou communiquer avec les partenaires appropriés pour résoudre les problèmes. Répondre aux clients (différents BU) au nom d'autres membres de l'équipe (par exemple, l'équipe chargée des installations ou de la conciergerie).
  • Fournir un soutien aux services immobiliers national, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des dépenses, la coordination des réunions, l'entretien du matériel et la gestion de l'approvisionnement. Veiller à ce que toutes les factures relatives aux services commerciaux soient établies et facturées comme il se doit.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en Coordination d'installations.
  • Bonne expérience et compréhension des systèmes de sécurité, des contrôles d'accès, caméras, etc.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication telles que: Courriels informatifs aux employés en ce qui concerne les activités de maintenance et autres provenant du gestionnaire de la bâtisse. Capacité à rédiger des rapports. Disponibilité et rapidité à répondre aux différentes demandes de renseignements et/ou aux plaintes des clients, des collègues et/ou du superviseur.
  • Connaissance de base des termes et principes financiers. Capacité à calculer des chiffres simples tels que des pourcentages.
  • Compétences intermédiaires avec les outils de la suite Microsoft Office tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc. Être à l'aise avec les nouvelles technologies et les outils numériques, tels que les applications, les bases de données, la gestion financière, la gestion des bons de travail, les réseaux sociaux, le cloud, les technologies et applications mobiles portables et les communications.
  • Bilingue à l'oral et à l'écrit (français et anglais).
